AEO(Authorized Economic Operator)

AEO JAPAN

MOL Logistics (Japan) is the Japan's first freight forwarder to be named an Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) for International Transport Business.

MOL Logistics (Japan) received its authorization from the Director General of the Tokyo Customs Service Headquarters on December 21, 2009.

ISO9001 (Quality Management System)

In December 1996, MOL Logistics (Japan) acquired certification of ISO 9002, the quality management system standard of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). The ISO code was introduced in 1987 as an international standard to assure the structure and implementation of the certified company's basic quality management system.

ISO 9002 was later replaced by ISO 9001 (2008 version) and we were given approval to switch for registering to the new standard in December 2009. Currently, the certification covers our major establishments for export and import throughout Japan.

Responding to changes in social environment and diversification of customer needs, we strive to improve the quality of our total logistics service with hardware, software and human resources that meet the customer's specific logistics requirements.

ISO14001 (Environmental Management System)

As a part of the MOL Group, MOL Logistics (Japan) continues to promote environmental protection in line with the MOL Group Environmental Policy Statements.
