TOKYO-MOL Logistics (Japan) Co., Ltd. (President: Tetsuya Minato) today announced that, effective April 13, its wholly-owned subsidiary M.O. Air Logistics, Inc. (MAL; President: Yasuo Nishimura), which offers services including customs clearance and bonded storage, has been accredited as an AEO customs broker.<\/p>\n
With MAL’s accreditation, the MOL Logistics Group has earned all three AEO accreditations for logistics operators. This demonstrates the high effectiveness of the group’s compliance and security systems covering a range of international logistics operations, from bonded storage to customs clearance and freight transport. This is the third Full AEO qualification (full license) acquisition by an MOL Logistics (Japan) subsidiary, following a company in the Netherlands in April 2008 and one in Hong Kong in January of this year.<\/p>\n
The MOL Logistics Group will propose logistics solutions for customers that take full advantage of its accreditation as a Customs AEO, Transport AEO, and Warehouse AEO.<\/p>\n
