(President: Koichi Yashima) today announced that it will relocate its head office with the aim of promoting reforms in workstyles, increasing employee motivation, and improving productivity.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The new office will foster stronger communication among employees across divisions and promote innovation through organic information sharing by introducing a hot-desking system and expanding communication space. In addition, booths for individual concentration and 1-on-1 booths will be newly established to improve productivity and create a more comfortable work environment.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, in the course of the relocation project, the company will reduce waste by re-purposing as much usable furniture from the previous office as possible.
