MOL Logistics YouTube Official Channel Terms and Conditions of Use
- 当社は、本チャンネル上の内容、投稿、コメント、写真、動画などの内容に対して正確性、完全性を保証する義務を負いません。
- 当社は、本チャンネルの閲覧者（以下「ユーザー」）により投稿された本チャンネルに対するコメントについて一切責任を負いません。
- 当社は、ユーザーが本チャンネルを利用したこと、または利用できなかったことにより被ったいかなる損害について一切責任を負いません。
- 当社は、本チャンネルに関してユーザー間またはユーザーと第三者間でトラブル・紛争が発生した場合であっても、一切責任を負いません。
- 本チャンネル内になりすましによるコメントがあっても、当社は一切責任を負いません。
- 本チャンネル以外に同一もしくは類似の名称を掲げたページが存在する場合、当社は一切責任を負いません。
- 本チャンネルはYouTubeのシステムによって運用されています。YouTubeのシステム運用状況について、当社は一切お答えできません。
- 当社（当社の役員または従業員を含む）を含む第三者になりすます行為
- 本人の承諾なく個人情報を特定、開示もしくは漏洩するなど第三者のプライバシーを侵害する行為
- 当社または第三者に不利益・損害を与え、または与えるおそれがある行為
- 当社または第三者を差別もしくは誹謗中傷、侮辱し、名誉を毀損する行為
- 当社または第三者の製品やサービスを誹謗中傷する行為、または事実に反する製品やサービスの情報を投稿または送信する行為
- 法律や法令、公序良俗に反するまたはそのおそれがある行為
- アフェリエイト、広告宣伝目的の行為（YouTube外のサイトに誘導することも含む）
- その他、当社が合理的理由により不適切と判断する行為

- The Company shall not assume any obligation to certify accurateness and completeness including, but not limited to, contents of the Channel, posts, comments, photos, and videos.
- The Company shall not assume any liability for any comments on the Channel posted by visitors of the Channel (collectively "the User").
- The Company shall not assume any liability for any damages arising from the User's use or inability of use of the Channel.
- The Company shall not assume any liability even for the cases of troubles and disputes regarding the Channel between the Users or between the User and the third party.
- The Company shall not assume any liability for any spoofing comments.
- The Company shall not assume any liability for any other pages than the Channel, which names are the same as or similar to the Channel.
- The Channel is operated by the YouTube operating system. The Company will not be able to answer questions about the operational status of the YouTube operating system.
- Any act that impersonates a third party, including the Company (including executives and employees of the Company);
- Any act that violates a third party's privacy such as identifying, disclosing or leaking personal information without approval of the such third party;
- Any act that causes or may cause any disadvantage or damage to the Company or a third party;
- Any act that discriminates, libels, or slanders the Company or a third party;
- Any act that libels or slanders products and services of the Company or a third party; or any act that posts or submits false information regarding products and services of the Company or a third party;
- Any act that is or may be offensive to laws, regulations, and acts, and public order and morals;
- Any act for the purpose of generating affiliates and advertising (including driving the User to web sites other than YouTube); or
- Other acts that the Company may reasonably deem to be inappropriate.
