MOL Logistics Official X (Former Twitter), Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn Account Terms and Condition of Use

MOL Logistics Co., Ltd. ("Company") prescribes the terms and conditions of use ("Terms") on the official LinkedIn account ("Account") administered by the Company. The Company requests all visitors of Account ("User") to comply with these Terms in addition to the terms and conditions of use prescribed by X (Former Twitter), Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. These Terms apply to all Users and the Users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms by their use of Account.

These terms shall apply to all users of the service. However, in the event that there is a difference between our “Social Media Policy” and in terms of use or policies posted on the various official social media accounts operated by us, the terms of use posted on the respective official account shall take precedence.

The User shall comply with and accept the following items when using the Service.

• The User is solely responsible for any results derived from any content, or information submitted, posted, displayed, or provided by the User.
• The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the User as a result of the User's use of or inability to use the Account.
• The Company shall not assume any liability for any spoofing comments in the Account.
• The Company shall not assume any liability for any webpages other than the Account, whose name is identical or similar to the Account.
• By using the Account, the Users are deemed to have approved the access to the information disclosed by them (i.e., account or profile information disclosed by the Users such as their name, profile picture, gender, network, user ID and friends list).
• Personal information among the information, etc. provided by the User through the use of the Service shall be subject to the personal information protection policy stipulated by the Company.
• The User shall be responsible for the management of the account and password used by the User to access the Service, as well as for any liability arising from his/her activities, conduct, etc.
• The Account is operated by each social media operating system. The Company will not be able to answer questions about the operational status of the social media operating system, the features or method of use of software or app provided by each social media or other third party, or any other technical questions.
• The Company shall not assume any liability even for the cases of troubles and disputes regarding the Account between the Users or between the User and any third party.
• The Company shall not assume any liability for any damages arising from the User's use or inability to use the Account.
• If a user violates any provision of these Terms of Use, the Company may, without prior notice to the user, delete information provided by the user on the Service, claim compensation for damages, or take any other necessary action.
• The Company shall not assume any liability for any comments on the Account posted by the Users.
• Copyright, etc. in posted information shall belong to the User who made such post, provided that by posting the information, the User is deemed to have granted the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use (including, but not limited to, processing, extract, reproduction, publication and translation) the posted contents and to have agreed not to exercise the moral rights of author, etc. against the Company.

In using the Account, please refrain from the acts listed below.

• Any act that discriminates, libels, slanders, insults, or damages the reputation or credibility of the Company or a third party;
• Any act that causes or may cause any disadvantage or damage to the Company or a third party;
• Any act infringing third party's privacy such as identifying, disclosing or leaking personal information without approval of such third party;
• Any political activity, election campaign, or other similar act;
• Any religious activity or solicitation of any particular organization, group, etc.
• Any posting or transmission of harmful computer program, etc.;
• Any act infringing on any copyright or other intellectual property rights of the Company or a third party;
• Any act impersonating a third party, including the Company (including directors, officers or employees of the Company);
• Use of information obtained from the Service for commercial purposes.
• Any act that is detrimental to the Company, other users, or third parties.
• Any act that is or may be in violation of these Terms, LinkedIn terms and conditions of use, laws, regulations, or public order and morals;
• Any posting or transmission of information, etc. which constitutes or induces or may constitute or induce a crime;
• Any acts that lead to or may lead to criminal acts
• Malicious, discriminatory, or other conduct that other users or third parties may find offensive
• Any act that interferes with the operation of this service or damages the Company's credibility
• Any act which causes misunderstanding that the User is in alliance or cooperative relationship with the Company or a third party or which causes misunderstanding that the Company or a third party recognizes, guarantees, supports or recommends the linked website, without supporting facts;
• Any act of setting up a link which reduces clarity of contents of Account such as inappropriate frame link, etc.;
• Any act with the purpose of generating affiliates and advertising (including inducing the User to websites other than LinkedIn);
• Any act not related to the purpose of Account; or
• Providing false personal information, or providing another person's information by spoofing, etc.
• Any other acts that the Company determines as inappropriate based on reasonable grounds.

In case the Company obtains personal information from the User, the Company shall handle such personal information in an appropriate manner based on the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, other laws and regulations, and the Privacy Policies set forth by the Company.

• The information posted on the site when using the Service is the property of the Company or the provider of such information (“Information Providers”), including photographs, videos, and other content protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights, and belongs to the provider of such information. The User shall not reproduce, publish, transmit (including public transmission), distribute, transfer, lend, translate, adapt, or reprint all or part of the contents contained in the Service without the written consent of the information provider.
• Information providers other than us grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any content posted on the site that is protected by intellectual property rights.

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. In case of any dispute between the User and the Company, the Tokyo District Court in Japan shall be the court of first instance having exclusive jurisdiction.
