Action Plan Based on the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement.

In accordance with the Act on Promotion of Women's Active Engagement in Professional Life, we have formulated an action plan to increase the number of women in sales roles, expanding business opportunities that fully leverage their skills and individuality, and build an organization where  women can design career paths that enable them to realize their potential through all stages of life. Under the leadership of top management, we will continue to broaden opportunities for women by providing both job-related and mindset-related support.
