Safety & Value

BLUE1_S&V_press_EN

Based on our customer-first policy, we are committed to  strengthening and continuously enhancing our quality assurance framework to deliver safe, reliable, and high-quality services that earn the trust and recognition of the market.

Quality Policy

  1. Quality assurance and continuous quality improvement based on the customer-first policy

  2. Sales and operations that prioritize delivering quality recognized and valued by the market

Guidance to Quality Objectives

  1. The quality of our services must be continuously ensured and enhanced through a customer-centric mindset, creative thinking, and practical ingenuity. All employees are expected to share information openly, exchange ideas constructively, and remain committed to improving quality and strengthening cost competitiveness. By persistently applying the PDCA cycle — thinking, executing, reviewing results, and implementing necessary improvements — we drive ongoing organizational growth and operational excellence.

  2. We will firmly instil the principle that "the value of our services is determined by the market."  By facing the realities of the workplace and gaining a deep and accurate understanding of actual conditions, each employee will objectively recognize our market position from a quality perspective. With this awareness, we aim to foster "thinking sales" and "thinking operations" that consistently deliver superior, high-quality services.

Aviation security and safety

MOL Logistics, as a regulated agent (RA), installs explosive inspection devices and offers education and audits to ensure the safety of air freight forwarding, strictly maintaining a high level of safety from both hardware and software aspects.

Quality management ISO9001

MOL Logistics acquired certification under the International Standard Organization (ISO) quality management system standard ISO9002 in December 1996. This certifies the establishment and operation of a basic quality management system in accordance with the international standard set by ISO in 1987. Over the years, we have continually upgraded our certifications, and at present, almost all our offices involved in export and import operations are subject to ISO standards.
