MOL Logistics (Japan) to Open Haneda Airport Office

October 21, 2010

TOKYO – MOL Logistics (Japan) Co., Ltd. (President: Toshifumi Kato) today announced the opening of its Haneda Airport Office in the Tokyo International Air Cargo Terminal (TIACT). The office will start operation on October 25, coinciding with the opening of Haneda’s fourth (D) runway.

International flights from Haneda Airport, previously limited short-distance travel to East Asia, are expanding to Europe, the U.S., and Southeast Asia at the end of October, creating a “hub airport” that has both domestic and international flight networks.

MOL Logistics (Japan) provides optimal customer service through offices at major international airports nationwide including Chubu International Airport and Kansai International Airport as well as Narita Airport. The new office at Haneda will further enhance its service menu. Thanks to late-night and early-morning international flight schedules, Haneda is positioned as an urban airport close to Tokyo and Kanagawa Prefecture, and MOL Logistics (Japan) will make maximum use of those characteristics to more effectively meet customer needs.
