Case01Storage for non-resident companies in bonded warehouse in Vietnam

MOL Logistics offers non-resident inventory warehousing service in our bonded warehouse in Vietnam.
This helps our customers reduce the number of shipments, saving time and labor in transporting materials and components, which previously had to be shipped every time they were ordered. It also significantly reduces lead time for deliveries to factories in Vietnam.

Logistics after kaizen proposal

Cargoes are stored at a non-resident warehouse in the bonded warehouse in Ho Chi Minh City. They are cleared through customs in accordance with orders from the sewing factory, and are delivered to it. Advanced inventory control in Ho Chi Minth City speeds up delivery schedules.

Case 02Circulating delivery in Indonesia

In Indonesia, one of ASEAN’s fastest growing economies, we are developing product storage and distribution services in both urban and suburban areas.
Company A, a Japanese manufacturer, stores imported home appliances, made in other Asian countries, in a warehouse in the city.
We use a circulating delivery service with one truck for in-city deliveries of a large volume of items. This offers the advantages of lower costs and reduction of CO2 emissions.
