Tokyo-MOL Logistics (Japan) Co., Ltd., (President: Shuhei Togo) today announced that effective October 1, 2020, it will change the company’s English trade name to MOL Logistics Co., Ltd., in line with a resolution approved at the company’s 60th Annual Shareholders’ Meeting on June 25.

1. Change of corporate name in English

(New)	MOL Logistics Co., Ltd.
(Former)	MOL Logistics (Japan) Co., Ltd.

 

2. Reasons for the change

The new English trade name more accurately reflect its role and functions as a group headquarters as well as its responsibility for business in Japan.

 

3. Effective date

October 1, 2020

The company will continue to develop and expand logistics networks throughout the world and offer high-quality logistics services, working in close partnership with customers to further enhance the global expansion of the MOL Logistics brand under the the new English trade name.
