MOL Logistics Co., Ltd. (“MLG”, President & CEO: Koichi Yashima, Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) and MOL Logistics Kyushu Co., Ltd. (“MLG Kyushu”, President & CEO: Mitsuhiro Iwata, Headquarters: Fukuoka City, Fukuoka), its group company, announce that both company resolved at the board of directors meeting held today to carry out a merger with MLG as the surviving company and concluded a merger agreement.

In the changing environment where customer needs have become more diverse and sophisticated in recent years, MLG absorption of MLG Kyushu will improve the speed of management decision-making, enhance customer service, and improve operational efficiency in order to promote growth and expansion.
